MIAWall operates on the principle that scarce things, when they're useful, are valuable. The web is normally unlimited; that is to say, any user can browse a particular resource without affecting other users. MIAWall produces the opposite effect: by browsing a resource, a user destroys it so that no subsequent user may access it.
